Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to go to https://my.1-stop.biz/ and click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.

Then, simply enter your username and hit "Continue".  If you don't know your username, click "Don't know your username?" and see instructions in the next section.

We will send you a new temporary password via email or SMS. Choose where you'd like it sent, and then click 'Send' button.

Note that SMS is displayed for Australia Customers only.

Once that's done, you'll see the confirmation message that the email was sent.

Forgot your username?

If you don't know your username, click 'Don't know your username?' link.  We can send you your username if you've forgotten it. 

Just enter your email address or mobile number (Australian customers).

Then click 'Send username' link.  You'll then a confirmation message that the email was sent.
