There are two ways you can register to use Train Consist.
- Call the Helpdesk on 1300 881 055.
- Register online at www.1-stop.biz.
Before you can begin using the Train Consist application, as a web user or an EDI user, an authorised person from your company must contact the OneStop Helpdesk via email helpdesk@1-stop.biz or phone (1300 881 055) to request access.
Set up your account
Please prepare the following details before contacting the helpdesk
- Company Name & ABN,
- Employee name & Contact Details
Additionally, you will need to provide the following details to OneStop in order to setup the account for you for the application.
Locations |
Train Origins - Places where your trains are leaving from. e.g, Your facilities Train Destinations - Places where your trains are going to, e.g, Ports and Terminals |

Facilities | If you are managing more than one facility, give us the details. We will be able to configure separate logins for them, if you wish. |
Users |
List of your users who will access the application. |
Response messages | If you are using EDI messages to communicate train consist with OneStop, we can send a response message with validations outcome, i.e, PRA and cut off dates. Please provide email address(s) for the recipients of this response. |
The OneStop Help desk will set-up the required details and will revert with further information.
It is the responsibility of the terminal operator or rail operator organisation to inform the OneStop Help desk in writing if the employee ceases to be employed by the company or terminal, so access can be repealed.
