The OneStop Deliver app requires your location to be enabled within your device settings. When you hit the start job button the device requires to pass through geofences that act as automatic trigger points throughout your job. If the location settings are disabled, you will need to manually intervene at key milestones within the trips process.
How to enable location settings:
Location settings can be enabled on an Apple Device in the ‘Privacy & Security’ by following the following steps:
- Go to your device’s settings and type ‘OneStop Deliver’ in the search bar.
- Then click on location.
- Finally, set allow location access to ‘always’.
