Your location needs to be enabled within your device settings as once you hit the start job button the device requires to pass through geofences to automate trigger points through your job. If the location settings are disabled, you will need to manually intervene at key milestones within the trip process such as ‘Start Job’, ‘Tap to Arrive’ and ‘End Job’.
