1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password link.
2. A new page will appear asking you to enter your username.
3. If the username exists, you will see a message prompting you to check your email for further instructions.
4. If the username doesn't exist, an error message will be shown indicating the issue.
5. You will receive an email containing a password reset link. User can either click on the Reset Password button or the reset-URL link in mail to reset the password.
The link or button will take you to a new page where you will be prompted to enter a new password.
7. If the password doesn't meet the required criteria (length, characters, etc., as per Auth0 guidelines), an error message will guide you to choose a password that fits the requirements.
8. Once your password meets the criteria and is successfully updated, you will see a success message and notification over email that Password is updated Successfully.
9. Now, you can log in using your new password.
10. Please note that Reset Password link is available only for 30 mins. After that, it will be expired, and user has to again return to the login page and select “Forgot your password” to send a new password reset mail.
