Step 1: Sign in to your self-service account at my.1-stop.biz using your VBS (Vehicle Booking System) or Gateway account password.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Support" section.
Step 3: Access the OneStop Help Centre, where you can search for guides and FAQs on OneStop products. If you can't find the information you need, proceed to raise a ticket with our Helpdesk team.
Step 4: When raising a ticket, populate the following sections.
- CC (optional)
- Type of Issue
- Product - VBS
- Issue - e.g. “Status Inquiry”.
- Subject - Ensure the subject line provides clear information, e.g. “VBS site and container number”.
- Description - Describe the issue comprehensively for investigation, including site and container numbers. Specify the assistance required for resolution. Providing clear information expedites the resolution process.
- Attachment - Attach any relevant documents or screenshots for additional context.
