OneStop Deliver - Resetting Your OneStop Deliver Passcode

If you’ve forgotten your passcode, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Open the OneStop Deliver App.
2. Select 'Forgot Passcode’.
3. Enter your unique username to receive a verification code via SMS.
   
4. Reset your passcode. Ensuring that your passcode digits are not repeated or sequential.
