If you wish to delete your OneStop Deliver account, please follow these steps:
- Login into the OneStop Deliver App.
- Click the hamburger icon at the bottom right of your screen. You will then see options for My Jobs, My Job Notifications, Zone Statuses, VBS Notifications and My Profile.
- Go to 'My Profile' and select 'Delete Account.'
- Choose a reason for deleting your account and confirm by clicking "Are You Sure?"
- A warning message will detail the removal of privileges.
- Confirm by selecting 'Delete Everything.'
Note: Once deleted, account recovery is not possible; you will need to go through the registration process.
