1. Login to your Account using your admin credentials and click ‘Check Status' on the menu at the top of the page.

2. Enter the employees name and click the ‘Search’ button

3. The employee’s application status will appear as:

Login Created - Employees login has been generated, they may or may not have logged in and started the application.

Form Printed - Employee has completed the online process and has clicked on the 'Print Form' icon/button.

Form Accepted by Australia Post - Employee has been lodged at Australia Post and they have sent our system the files required to process the application. The application has been sent to Auscheck for the background check to be completed.

Details Sent to AusCheck/DOTARS - Document Verification Service (DVS) failure will prevent Auscheck from starting the background check, any failures will need to be resolved before they can start the check.

Accepted by AusCheck/DoTaRS - Auscheck have deemed the applicant eligible for an MSIC.

Manufacturing Card - Card Details have been sent for production.

Card Printed - Card has been produced and dispatched.

Card Collected by Applicant - Card has been collected by the employee.
