1. Login to your Account using your admin credentials and click ‘Pending Review' on the menu at the top of the page.

2. Select which card type you would like to approve from the drop-down menu.

3. For card renewals:Click the tick boxes to indicate if the employee:
- Requires access to terminals.
- Is still an employee of your company.
- Has an operational need to hold an MSIC.

4. For card replacements: Click the tick box to indicate if the applicant is still an employee or not.

5. Click the ‘Submit’ button.
