1. The employee will need to submit the card upgrade request by following the steps found here.
2. Log in to your Account using your admin credentials, click ‘Pending Payments' on the menu at the top of the page and tick the box for the employee you wish to upgrade. Click the ‘Add to Pending Payments’ button.
3. Select a payment option and click the ‘Continue’ button on each screen until your payment has been confirmed.
4. Once the card has been upgraded, the employee will need to log in to their account and take the required MSIC inductions and any inductions of sites/terminals they need access to.
