1. The employee will need to submit the card upgrade request by following the steps found here.
2. Login to your Account using your admin credentials, click ‘Pending Payments' on the menu at the top of the page and tick box for the employee you wish to upgrade. Click the ‘Add to Pending Payments’ button.
3. Select a payment option and click the ‘Continue’ button on each screen until your payment has been confirmed.
4. Once your card has been upgraded, the employee will need to login to their account and take the required MSIC induction and any inductions of sites/terminals they need access to.
