PRA responses are usually sent back to your software within approximately 30 minutes from when the PRA was received by the OneStop Messaging Hub. What if I'm not receiving responses?

If you have just started sending PRAs through your software and you have never received responses, you will need to contact your software provider to resolve the issue. If they cannot resolve it, they can contact OneStop for assistance.
If you have been sending PRAs for some time and usually receive responses, you can contact OneStop to check if there are any messaging issues that may be causing a delay, or simply wait for the response to come through. Since PRA (Accepted) responses come from the terminal, the OneStop Customer Service Team have alarms in place to alert the terminals of any delays. We will be in touch with them to ensure that responses are sent through to you as soon as possible.
