Question
In order to start sending PRAs to OneStop/the terminals using your own internal software, or software you have purchased from a third party (such as Edisoft, Cyberfreight or Syscob), there is a registration process. What needs to be done?
Answer
First, you will need to find out, perhaps from your IT Department or Software Provider:
- What format your software will be sending PRAs (EDIFACT or CSV, refer to the PRA Message Specifications)
- What email address PRA responses need to be sent to
Once you have this information
- Complete the OneStop - 3rd Party PRA Registration Form.pdf and return it to the OneStop Helpdesk via email.
- You will also need to submit a OneStop EDI PRA Online Registration to register your company.
We will process the form and send you back a 'Trading Code' which is a unique code for your company that needs to be included in the PRA messages. You can then start sending PRAs straight away.
If you wish to configure PRA messages as a new feature of your own software, you still need to complete the above steps. The PRA Message Specifications contain both live and test environment details so you can send test messages. We can provide test support if necessary.
