A CTOREC must NOT be deleted unless the cargo has been entered incorrectly and submitted to the ACS. In most instances, the EDIT function can be used to change details. If cargo is being removed from the terminal after being reported to ACS a CTO Removal Notice must be lodged.
Access
The following reports are available to users with CTO access. If the user have trouble with their access please see User Access Support.
Step 1: Under Exports, click ‘Export Receival Notice’ menu
Step 2: Search for the Cargo Terminal of the CTO Receipt Notice
Select "Cargo Terminals" from the drop down. Once the Cargo Terminal has been chosen, click the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Select the Vessel Name of the CTO Receipt Notice
Click ‘Review’ for the vessel that contains the CTOREC to be deleted.
Step 4: Select the Line
Click ‘Delete’ on the line that needs to be deleted.
When ‘Delete Selected Item’ is selected this warning screen will appear. Select OK if the user wish to proceed to submit the deleted line to the ACS.
The user will see the below notification on the top right corner of the screen if the CTO Receival Notice is deleted.
