The CTO Receival Notice main screen lists for the selected Cargo Terminal and Vessel Schedule Status from the dropdown list. This screen allows the user to:

Review:
Review and or Change details for a CTOREC that has been previously lodged with the AC -
Custom Status:
Shows the most critical ACS status for the vessel;-
ACTION REQUIRED – There is a problem with a CTOREC that must be addressed before the LOAD status can be received

PENDING – The CTOREC has been submitted to the ACS but no control and response has been received

CLEAR – All CTOREC messages are Clear for this vessel and may be loaded

ACKNOWLEDGED – Received a control from Customs but no response has been received
-
ERROR – Received error from Customs and no response has been received

Depart Vessel:
Enables vessels that have been loaded and have departed to be flagged as DEPARTED. Once the vessel has been flagged as departed, the vessel details can only be Viewed and can not be changed.
After a period of time (currently set to 30 days) the departed vessels will be archived from the screen and no longer available for viewing.
Access
The following reports are available to users with CTO access. If the user have trouble with their access please see User Access Support.
Step 1: Under Exports, click ‘Export Receival Notice’ menu
Step 2: Select the Cargo Terminal of the CTO Receipt Notice
Select "Cargo Terminals" from the drop down. Once the Cargo Terminal has been chosen, click the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Select the Vessel that Departed
If the user wants to filter or sort the search result, click here.
Choose the Vessel that have been loaded and tick the box to flag it as departed. Once done, click the ‘Flag Departed’ button.
Click ‘OK’ to set the vessel as departed.

The user will see the below notification on the top right corner of the screen if it marked the vessel as departed successfully.
