CTO Removal Notices must be submitted to the ACS if the cargo previously reported to the ACS is now being removed from the terminal.
Access
The following reports are available to users with CTO access. If the user have trouble with their access please see User Access Support.
Step 1: Under Exports, click ‘Export Receival Notice’ menu
Step 2: Search for the Cargo Terminal of the CTO Receipt Notice
Select "Cargo Terminals" from the drop down. Once the Cargo Terminal has been chosen, click the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Select the Vessel Name of the CTO Receipt Notice
Click ‘Review’ for the vessel that contains the CTOREC to be removed.
The status of the Vessel should be CLEAR, ACTION REQUIRED and PENDING to remove the CTOREC.
Step 4: Select the Line
Click ‘Remove’ on the line that needs to be removed.
When ‘Remove’ is selected this warning screen will appear. Select OK if the user wish to proceed to submit to the ACS.
The user will see the below notification on the top right corner of the screen if the CTO Removal Notice is sent to Customs.
The status of the line will be changed to 'Removal Notice sent: PENDING'.
