It is to allow users to view received cargo status reports.
Access
The following reports are available to users with CTO and Depot access. If the user have trouble with their access please see User Access Support.
Step 1: Under Imports, click ‘CARST’ and select Search
Step 2: Select the Terminal and the Date Range of the message
Details:

Select "Cargo Terminals" from the drop down. Once a terminal is selected, the Establishment ID will remain constant until such time as the a new terminal or ‘Clear’ button is selected.

The default of the Date and Time Range is current date less seven (7) days, this may be change depending on the messages that the user is searching.

Enter Lloyds Number. (Optional)

Enter Voyage Number. (Optional)

Tick the “View archived” box - Indicator whether search results will include archived items
Note:
Fields with '*' are all mandatory to search for a CARST message
Step 3: Click on Search.
This will return a list of vessel & voyage matching your search category. It will display the Vessel name, Lloyds Number, Voyage Number, Last Transaction date and the Action.
Step 4: Select the Vessel & Voyage and Click on Review
It will proceed to the Cargo List screen to view all the items for the vessel & voyage. It will display whether if an underbond approval has been received for the cargo item, if a xray hold has been placed on it or if clearance has been received for it.

Step 5: Fill the information and Click Search.

The detailed information and status of Cargo will be displayed, once it click the Search button.
It will display the Date Time, Ocean Bill, House Bill, Container No, No of Packages, Good Description and Cargo Status.
Step 6: Click Show for Detailed Status of the Cargo
It will display the Cargo Status, Cargo Type, Ocean Bill, House Bill, Container Number, CAN/Exempt, No. of Packages, Package Type, Goods Description, Marks & Numbers, Discharge Port and Supplementary Details.

Indicates that the cargo has been withdrawn from the Sea cargo report |
Step 7: Click Print to Print Cargo Details
This will print the Cargo Details.
