Filter
After records have been found, the filter is used to further refine the visible records in the current view. When it is filled in with a keyword, it will proceed to match the keyword against the content of all fields in the table. See examples below.
Previous and Next Page
Customize number of rows visible per page, use ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons to browse through the records. See table below.
- Vessel Name - Shows the name of the vessel in the selected terminal or facility
- Lloyds Number - Shows the Lloyds number of the vessel
- Voyage Number- Shows the voyage number of the vessel
- Last Transaction - Shows the most recent date and time of report transaction

Status - Shows the Customs response or status whether report has been archived or withdrawn
In this example, keyword “WARNOW” was used. The search result was filtered with the matching Vessel Name.
In this example, keyword “93” was used. The search result was filtered with the matching vessel Lloyds Number. If Voyage Number or Last Transaction was found with matching keywords then it will also appear in the list. See further examples below.
In this example, keyword “pending” was used. The search result was filtered with the matching Status.
Sort
The column tables can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on each column title, i.e. Vessel Name, Lloyds Number, Voyage Number, Last Transaction, or Status. See example below.
