User Access Issue
Error - Access Denied
This message appears when the logged in user has no access to the selected report views or actions. If the user have trouble with their access please see User Access Support.
Submit to Customs Issue
Internal Failure to Process Request
This message appears when the report has been submitted for outbound queue and unable to successfully submit report to customs.

Select ‘Resend’ to retry sending the same report with the same details

Select ‘Search’ to be redirected to a new search of lodged reports

Select ‘Create New’ to be redirected to a new report to lodge to customs
Fix and Re-submit Report
This message appears when the report has been submitted to Customs and there is an issue with the information submitted to Customs.

Select ‘Fix and Resubmit’ to update the report and re-send report to Customs

Select ‘Search’ to be redirected to a new search of lodged reports

Select ‘Create New’ to be redirected to a new report to lodge to customs
Customs Error Response
This message appears when the Customs response is error in report; where the error message is seen in the header details or when on hover the status ‘ERROR’.
